Tips: Variable frequency drive and upper computer debugging
After the no-load power-on test, with motor no-load test and on-load test, the manual basic settings of VFD have been completed, and VFD can be connected with the upper computer for further system debugging. Let the VFD control line directly connect with the upper computer control line, and change the operation mode to terminal control. According to the requirements of the upper computer system, set the VFD receive frequency signal terminal range to 0~5V or 0~10V, and set the sampling response speed of analog frequency signal. If additional monitor is required, select the analog output monitoring item and adjust the range of this monitoring item terminal.
