Description
Draining or pouring liquids can build up static electricity on containers. Static sparks can cause explosion and fire. That’s why OSHA requires bonding and grounding of drums, pails, and safety cans containing liquids with flash-point below 100ºF. Stainless steel cables are 7×19 stranded – the ultimate in flexibility, durability, and corrosion resistance. Unlike cheaper steel wires, stainless cables are inherently spark-proof. Can be used outdoors and with strong chemicals. Dual Wire Sets permit all-in-one bonding and grounding. Includes one 2′ wire and one 5′ wire joined at one end. Joined end attaches to drum, short wire bonds safety can, long wire attaches to ground. Each end has an alligator clip.
