A range of TIM (Thermal Interface Material) pads from Intelligent LED Solutions intended for use with the Duris S8 & S10 series of SCOB LEDs. Thermally conductive pads provide an essential interface between the LED modules and their associated heatsinks – they help to ensure efficient operation and long operating life. The pads are available in a variety of sizes with both single- and double-sided adhesive options.
