This solid type paddle is made with a polypropylene injection mold, which forms a paddle that is scratch resistance and
heat sturdy for temperatures up to 176º F consistently and periodic use for temperatures up to 212º F.
Because the paddle is made with poly material it is easy to clean and good for food grade product.
This particular 40″ paddle is made as a solid structure with a T-handle so you can stir product with a firm grip.
The 6″ x 13&quot blade at the end gives you a large stir ratio to mix your product.
