Description

The high performance wireless manhole cover sensor for sale is capable of stable operation in harsh environments from -40°C to +70°C and 0%-95% RH. The manhole cover sensor achieves accurate angle monitoring through a ±90° measuring range in the Z-axis, with a resolution of up to 0.1°, and supports programming of alarm thresholds from 0-90°. It also offers light intensity detection (0-200,000 Lux, ±7% accuracy) and up to 5 years of light intensity stability to ensure data consistency over time.

Function

1. Moving Tilt: Measure the opening angle of the well cover through the tilt sensor and monitor the related status.

Attention:

Mounting method 1 (default): Use two C-clips, determine the fixing position, then use the tool to fix the C-clips, then use the bolts to mount the sensor to the C-clips.

Installation mode 2: For composite or non-metallic material manhole cover, in order not to damage the structure of the cover itself, you can use the tooling to fix the monitoring terminal on the cover.

Installation method 3: If the installation location is for rainwater manhole cover material, the rainwater manhole cover material is ductile cast iron, and the reinforcing bar in the inner center part of the manhole cover is hexagonal, as shown in the figure, this monitoring terminal is mounted on the bracket, and the bracket is mounted on any one of the sides of the hexagonal reinforcing bar in the center of the manhole cover.

The wireless sensor terminal supports setting the time interval and alarm angle threshold. In non-alarm state, the terminal sends uploads at regular reporting intervals. In the alarm state, the terminal sends the upload message in an immediate manner, and when the angle returns to normal, the terminal also sends the message to the platform immediately. The device status bit in the telegram is used to indicate the current alarm state. The status bits of the manhole cover sensor can also indicate the current power status, water level height detection, illumination detection and other statuses.
